SHIPPING & RETURNS

Processing Time: As some of the items are made to order please allow up to 7 business days for us to prepare your jewellery item. Most items are handmade for order.

Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location. Within New Zealand, shipping can take from 3 to 7 business days after being processed.

Shipping to Australia: For shipping to Australia we use a courier that expected to arrive between 7 and 10 business days.

Shipping outside of New Zealand: For orders outside New Zealand we calculate the courier rates, calculated automatically after entering the address data. If you are located outside New Zealand customs duties may apply. We use a courier where you can select the tracked option, shipping between 7 and 15 business days.

Untracked Parcels: We accept no responsibility for untracked parcels that are lost by the courier in transit. In the rare event that this happens we are unable to refund the order as this is out of our control. The customer has two options to select when checking out at sale either to pay for tracked shipping or untracked shipping.  

Purchases: You agree to ensure payment for any items You may purchase from Us, and You acknowledge and affirm that prices are subject to change. When purchasing a physical good,You agree to provide Us with a valid email and shipping address, as well as valid billing information. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for any reason, including errors or omissions in the information that You provide to us. If We do so after payment has been processed, We will issue a refund to You in the amount of the purchase price. We also may request additional information from You prior to confirming a sale, and We reserve the right to place any additional restrictions on the sale of any of Our products. You agree to ensure payment for any items You may purchase from Us, and You acknowledge and affirm that prices are subject to change. For the sale of physical products, We may preauthorise Your credit or debit card at the time You place the order, or We may simply charge Your card upon shipment. You agree to monitor Your method of payment. Shipment costs and dates are subject to change from the costs and dates that You are quoted due to unforeseen circumstances. If you are unhappy with anything You have purchased on Our Website, You may do the following:

Returns: Due to hygienic reasons we cannot accept returns for earrings. Due to the use of one-of-a-kind, natural materials all sea glass pieces and custom orders are final sale. Thank you for your understanding. We offer exchanges at your shipping cost to send items to Sereia. Please email us right away to start a return at helloseaandsol@gmail.com . We are happy to work with you on any exchanges! Items must be unworn, in their original condition with inner packaging and sent back to us within 14 days of receipt (based on postage timestamp date received). We do not offer any refunds for change of mind or unwanted items.
